Warranty & Repairs

1) Warranty will be provided for the following part:

a) Motor/Gearbox - 1 year
b) Joystick/Control system - 1 year
c) Battery charger - 1 year
d) Batteries - 6 months

All other parts are considered wear and tear and excluded from the warranty.

2) During warranty the above parts will be shipped to customers for FREE. However, customers will have to self-install the parts, or hire a local handyman to do it, at their own expense.

Alternatively, customers can ship the mobility chair to our after-sales service partner at Maryville, TN 37804, to get the product repaired. Customers will have to bear the cost of shipping to and from the facility, as well as the labor charge of our service partner, which is USD 55.00 per hour, plus 9.75% Tennessee sales tax.

3) For post-warranty repairs, customers will have to pay for the cost of parts as well as shipping cost. Customers will also have to self-install the parts, or hire a local handyman to do it, at their own expense.
